1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described on our website.
- A refund request is made within 7 days of product delivery.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
Please note: Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

- Your order ID and purchase details
- A clear reason for return/refund
- Photographs or videos of the product if it is defective or damaged
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo inspection within 7 working days.
- If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed through PayU, our secure payment gateway partner.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or delivery error:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., toothbrush holders, towels, bath accessories once opened)
- Products sold under clearance or discount sales
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you can initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days via PayU.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund after verifying your claim.
Please retain all original packaging until your issue is resolved.
